College is a time of major transition, and counseling support can make a big difference in your experience. Call 573-882-6601 to schedule a brief screening for group or brief individual therapy. Call the same number 24/7 for help with urgent concerns.

Student Health Center

We offer services to help meet your health care needs, including immunizations, behavioral testing, cold & flu support, injury assistance and more. Same-day appointments are almost always available. Call ahead at 573-882-7481 to schedule.

Wellness Resource Center

Stop by the lower level of the MU Student Center between classes to try out guided meditation or meet with a well-being coach. Classes are covered by your Student Health Fee.

Reach out for help

Care Team

If you’re concerned about yourself or someone you know, connect with the Care Team. They are active, empathic listeners who will join you in tackling challenges, from relationship concerns to food or housing insecurity. Always call 911 for emergency support.
