Roary is powered by EdSights, which uses AI to understand the student voice via text message and identify the underlying issues students face.
This student retention tool is fully FERPA compliant and securely handles student data with state of the art technology.

In this video demo, Roary texts a student with a temperature check toward the beginning of the semester, responds with resources based on the student’s needs, and then answers other questions from the student.
Mizzou’s student outreach team also receives information about this student’s need for academic support and follows up with the student.
